Hanifer was founded to address one of the most consequential bottlenecks in modern infrastructure development: access to power. As data center demand accelerates and grid constraints deepen, developers increasingly need specialized expertise to identify, evaluate, and secure on-site generation solutions that meet the requirements of hyperscaler tenants.

We specialize in navigating the regulatory, technical, and commercial complexities of the Rocky Mountain energy landscape, from gas supply infrastructure and transmission access to generation partner identification and power agreement facilitation.
